artisan Staff Christmas Party at Mondo Organics!

The artisan 2010 staff Christmas party was held at Mondo Organics where we took a Moroccan Cooking Class!

We had a fantastic evening thanks to our wonderful teachers Paul and Sonja! They taught us not only how to cook up some tasty Moroccan dishes but also correct techniques for cutting onions and many other useful kitchen tips! After collaboratively cooking up a storm, we relaxed with a glass of wine and tucked into our 3 course Moroccan feast! 

We highly recommend Mondo's cooking classes - great fun and also educational! We even got to take home a goodie bag with recipes from the class, an apron and some samples! Yay!
